HISTORY
A WORD FROM PASTOR GARY:
In 2004, God spoke a clear vision to myself & my wife Shawn about a church in the East Pasco Community that would do one thing: Change the lives and eternal destination of people in this community. Through prayer and support we launched in 2006. We launched with 1 service, 60 families and 3 staff members, my wife, our worship director, Jacob Hill and myself. It has been an incredible journey ever since. We have since reached incredible heights that only God could have made come to fruition. And over the past 4 years we have seen tremendous growth and tremendous life change. We now have 4 service times, Saturday Night at 6:30pm and Sundays at 9:00am, 10:30am and Noon. We see 900+ people every Sunday come through our doors. Our staff now has 12 amazing members who work and serve day in and day out to help ensure that New Walk continues to bring excellence every Sunday. We have had 400 people accept Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and have baptized over 300!
New Walk has grown by God using incredible and faithful people. In fact, the growth and life-change we have experienced is extreme. Yet, there is so much more to be done. At New Walk, we have been entrusted with more because of our efforts over the last few years. I believe it is because we have stayed true to the vision God has given us.
So as a Church we are going to continue to;
GROW INWARD: As we bond together and grow as a church to the highest level of faith ever.
EXPLODE OUTWARD: As we massively expand our efforts to reach the lost & unchurched in East Pasco.
LOOK UPWARD: And continue to respond, with all of our resources to the vision that God called for New Walk in East Pasco.
